Senior Executive - HR

Job Description

The Senior Executive – HR plays a key role in managing core HR functions, supporting employees, and ensuring smooth operational processes across the organization. This role requires strong communication, people management skills, and the ability to handle both strategic and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews

  • Prepare job descriptions and align hiring requirements with department heads

  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee documentation

  • Maintain employee records and update HRMS data accurately

  • Handle attendance, leaves, and coordinate payroll-related inputs

  • Prepare HR letters such as offer, confirmation, and experience letters

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building events

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and track goal-setting processes

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, company rules, and statutory regulations

  • Manage employee grievances and support disciplinary processes

  • Coordinate internal and external training and maintain learning records

  • Handle exit formalities including exit interviews and F&F settlements

Business Development Executive

Job Description

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and online research

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

  • Understand client needs and present suitable products or service solutions

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations

  • Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales pipeline

  • Maintain and update CRM/lead tracking reports for daily and weekly reviews

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients

  • Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor activities

  • Participate in sales meetings, reviews, and strategy discussions

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by the management

  • Represent the company at client meetings, events, or industry gatherings

  • Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to delivery and support teams
